On August 5, Kristine was diagnosed with an aggressive form of invasive ductal carcinoma (breast cancer). She does NOT have health insurance. In 2013 her two-year-old granddaughter Evie was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Thankfully, after chemo and surgery, she is now in remission!
