Off The Grid expansion!

Off The Grid Adventures has grown over the last couple of years. Upgrades have taken place at our current location and we have been able to reach out to a large range of people that include : Father sons, familes, at risk youth, veterans, law enforcement, disabled individuals,  pastors, community service, business groups.....using the outdoors as a tool to discover leadership and inspiration in spending time in the country.  I would like to expand , due to the increasing requests of outreach and retreats. I have found a 4 acres close to our current location that would allow larger groups as well as more team building opportunities.  The plan would be to purchase the land as phase 1 , next would be the construction of a lodge and 4 smaller cabins.  The property has electricity,  water and septic. Phase 3 would be to construct low ropes and obstacle team building courses. In addition, old fashioned wood carving and blacksmith work would be additional projects groups would be able to do together. With that....if you feel led to give , funds will go directly to the purchase of the land and the phases of improvements.  The land acquisition is the priority at this point.
