Help Haylie Go to College

Haylie is 9. Her best friend in the world was her mom, Tabitha. Tab was a beloved music teacher in LaMonte, Missouri, and a spirited, loyal, and joyful friend to many.
Tab loved her daughter more than anything in the world.
On April 9th, Haylie lost her mom. Tab was 35. Her loss is devastating to her family, her friends, and her community. But most of all, it is devastating to her daughter, whose world changed in an instant.
Tabitha's friends want to honor her memory by honoring the two things she valued most: her daughter and an education.
That's why we're raising money to one day help send Haylie to college.
Every dollar donated as part of this campaign will be invested in a 529 Education Savings Plan. This is a tax-advantaged savings account that can only be used for education-related expenses. This plan will help pay for tuition, books, room and board, and other associated costs of a higher education.
Haylie is only 9 now, so the fund will have at least 9 years to grow tax-free. That means that every dollar you contribute today has the chance to make more dollars of its own.
We can't undo what happened to her mother, but with your help, we can show Haylie that the light her mother brought into the lives of others shines on in the world even after she is gone.
Thank you.
