Lend-A-Hand: Children's Inn

Children's Inn provides a range of programs and services to women, children and men who have been victims of domestic violence, elder abuse or sexual assault in Sioux Falls, S.D., and the surrounding area. On average there are 46 people a night staying at Children's Inn, often ballooning to more than 70. And their current capacity is 40 people a night.
There is a tremendous need for these services in our communtiy, and we can help them out this Lend-A-Hand season.
Since 1998, the Argus Leader Media Foundation has selected a local charity each holiday season to benefit from the generosity of its readers and supporters. In the last nine years alone, Lend-A-Hand has collected more than $1 million for local charities.
Contributions may be submitted here online, or you may drop off contributions 9 a.m. -2 p.m. Monday through Thursday at 200 S. Minnesota Ave., or maill them to: Lend-a-Hand/Argus Leader Media Attn: Rhonda Robb, Box 5034 Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5034.
