Level Exchange and the Hope Artiste Village are teaming up for our first annual music festival on January 30, 2016!
Level Exchange is the marketplace for music and performing artists to connect with local establishments for mutual profit based on Fair Trade principles.
The Hope Artiste Village is one of the largest successful mill restoration projects in Rhode Island, and is a hub of cultural activity fostering collaboration and innovation among a diverse community of creatives and professionals. Located on Main Street in Pawtucket with easy access to I-95 and just minutes from downtown Providence, the Village hosts a creative mix of art studios, live/work lofts, retail shops, light industrial workshops and professional office suites. This thriving mill space boasts cafes, a coffee roaster, a live music venue, fitness studios, designers, artisans, event spaces and a bustling wintertime farmer’s market.
Together we want to host our first annual music festival that supports both our missions with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Youth In Action! But we can't do this without you!
Dani Shay is an artist who has been featured on America’s Got Talent, and The Glee project. She writes inspiring songs, is extremely talented, and is willing to share her experience and knowledge about the music business with us for this event! Additionally we have invited local artists The Silent Shoals, Jetty, Peyton Judge, and local students to perform at this all day festival!
These artists need to be compensated and we need your help to do it! Assist us in fostering the creative community in Rhode Island and making it possible for these artists to continue creating the world we are livng in.
