Need help getting back on my feet

This is a request for help. On November 13th, the job I had ended. I applied for unemployment, but my employer contested and i lost. Over the course of the last 6 weeks, friends and family have helped as much as they can, but i have $600 of bills coming due next week (plus the need for food and gas) that I have no money to pay. I start a new job tomorrow, but will not get paid for that until the end of the month and that will need to pay February's rent and bills. This is an ackward thing for me to do, but if any of you are able and willing to help, I would be grateful. Thank you.
