Hi!!! My name is Leukemiona Kelley and I write poetry.

In 1998 I started writing poetry as a way to express myself when I was unable to speak the words. The more I wrote, the better I began to feel. Not much longer after that I began to write more unique poetry.

Writing poetry gave me life. I got to a point to where I began losing those close to me, my friends began losing their loved ones. It seemed as if death started to hit closer to home, faster than ever. In order to help bring some form of comfort to those around me, I began writing poems for them. I didn't write just any poem.

The poems I wrote were written as if their deceased loved one was talking to them. The poems were written as if their deceased loved one had come back from the dead, sat down with a sheet of paper and pen and starting writing the poem themself. That's how deep it was.

That form of writing was natural to me. I remember someone saying to me, "You don't have a talent. God has blessed you with a gift." My best friend once said to me,  "You are the richest broke person I know. You need to go for it." The more I wrote these type of poems, the more I began to realize that God did bless me. He had given me a gift that the world needs.

I'm asking for your help so that I can continue to write these poems, create cards and products and grow my business. My long-term goal is to open stores everywhere (in the US and Internationally). With your help I know that I can get there. Right now I would like to raise money to help with:

1. Website
2. Advertising/Marketing
3. Purchasing material
4. Find a local printing company (bulk orders)

Another thing I would like to do is be able to send out "In Memory Of" cards FREE of charge when requested. When we lose someone it's very hard on us. How would it make you feel to have a card sent to you with your loved one's name on it and as you read the words you can hear their voice as if they're sitting beside you saying them?

In order to be able to send these cards out, I need to be able to print them and so I need help with cardstock & ink. So receiving your help will make it a little easier for me.
