Funeral Expense for John & Taina

Hi, my name is Lee Wade, I am trying to take care of my brother and sister-in- law's Funeral Arrangements. Who died in a house fire Saturday Morning February 7, 2015, in Steubenville, Ohio on Lincoln Ave.   They had no insurance, and I can not find Taina's family to ask for help.  Any Assistance would be greatly apprecited.
