In the aftermath of the biggest earthquake that hit Nepal, there are families that now need help to rebuild their homes and communities. And, you can HELP THEM!

Who are we?

Junkiri Initiatives and Mission to Help Nepal have joined forces with a non-profit organization in Nepal to rebuild homes.

Junkiri Initiatives led by Mrs Laxmi Rai
• Women empowerment
• Junkiri (the firefly) believes that by lighting one individual at a time, we can make a difference

Mission to Help Nepal led by Mrs Babi Lama
• Est. 2011 based in UK
• Support directly or indirectly in sectors of rural socio-economic development
• Recent projects: Part of BCF’s Norvic Hospital medic team deployed to Sindupalchowk

What is our actual goal?

In initial phase of the project will start in Lalitpur first to build a community consisting of:

• Housing units arranged in grid iron pattern
• 28 housing units in single cluster
• 2 communal latrine blocks
• Solar system and smokeless chulo
• 9' wide water well
• Recreational space


Our aim to provide funds to build housing for 20 families.
