Cloth Pad Donation Project

I would very much like to make and donate reusable cloth menstrual pads to women and girls in my city. Unfortunately, I'm not well off and cannot afford out-of-pocket costs for this.

I have a sewing machine, but need help with the cost of fabrics, buttons, and threads. I would feel comfortable starting this project with $100 and if, by chance, I am able to collect more than $100, I'll use the extra money to make small care packages with things like soap, deodorant, and toothpaste.
