Matt Harvey was in a gas explosion accident at work last week. He is 68% burned from head to knees. He is in St. Paul, MN at the burn center and is in his first stages of recovery. The family is updating the group via a page on Facebook called "praying for Matt" but they will update you on here too.
Update:
He is doing what they like to see. Still critical. They said he is about 68% burned. He has one scratch on his eye that will heal quickly. He is oozing and they will burn bath him this afternoon. He has gauze on top of head. His right arm and torso and head of course is all burned around the diameter... his legs from thighs to mid calf. It was flash explosion which caused quick burn and out. They did a full body scan and no internal injuries or broken bones. He has a 39 celsius temp and cold hands and feet. His bp great and lowers some when we are visiting and hes calmer.
