Meet a LOST Cast Member for Charity

Calling all fans of Lost  the television series!

Want to meet a Lost  cast member?

Toast your favorite long-gone show while raising funds for a children's charity: Help us produce this special event!

Remember the mystical numbers "4 8 15 16 23 42"?  We're holding an event commemorating the show on Monday 8-15-16, a lucky date indeed!

We have an amazing opportunity to hold the event at new San Francisco Tiki bar PAGAN IDOL with an erupting volcano, twinkling starlight, hand-carved tikis and strong drinks.

Even more exciting, one of the MAIN CAST MEMBERS OF LOST  is willing to make a personal appearance if we can raise the funds for a flight!


I can't reveal who this might be until we confirm we can pay for it, so please donate what you can to make this happen! We need to confirm by July 15 latest, sooner is better.

Venue capacity is just 100 people, so attendees will have a PERSONAL INTERACTION with our Lost  cast member!

* $2500 will go towards a first-class flight for our Lost cast member

* $1000 will secure the venue

* $500 will cover hotel and additional travel expenses for our cast member

We will raise the rest of the event production costs (catering, band, insurance, AV needs) by charging admission.

This event will be a FUNDRAISER for Variety Children's Charity of Northern California, a registered non-profit charitable organization (Federal Tax ID: 94-1075155). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. 100% of of the profit from this event will go to Variety's work supporting differently-abled and wheelchair-bound children to achieve mobility with custom bikes and trikes. www.varietync.org


To be clear, money you give here to produce the event is not tax-deductible, since it will be used to pay event costs. But all donations made on the night will be!

And if we fall short of our goal, I'll arrange to deliver the funds raised directly to Variety and get tax-deduction receipts for everyone who donated, so it's a win-win!
