We have raised enough money to pay for Richard’s funeral and give the Bathurst SPCA a generous donation. Thank you to everyone who donated. It means so much to Sherry.

On Monday, February 11th, 2019, Richard Aubie passed away from Kidney Disease leaving behind Sherry Ward; his parents, Geraldine and Raymond Aubie; and his brother, Chris Aubie. He was 53 years old.
Richard was, among so many other things, a fixer. He could fix anything and loved anything to do with machines (including driving them). When you went to his house, he was often found in his shed fixing something, and he would come out with a friendly hello. He was part of our family, part of Sherry's life for as long as we can remember, and one of the nicest people I have ever met. He will be missed more than words can say.
