We tragically lost Steve on October 2, 2018. Our hearts are broken.
Due to our tragic and unforeseen loss of Steve, we need time to find the most appropriate charities and causes to donate to and support in Steve's name and memory. Our goal is to establish an endowment to honor Steve so he will always be remembered.
We hope to continue Steve's good work by fostering Steve's beliefs that focused on the preservation of at-risk species and plants. We hope Steve's unwavering dedication will be sustained for many more generations.
Steve was passionate about many topics and belonged to a variety of clubs. One of Steve's passions was breeding at-risk species of live bearing fish and distributing pairs to other fish hobbyists in order to increase their numbers and presence. Steve also loved to grow orchids, epiphyllums, and rare aquarium plants. He had an amazing green thumb. In addition, Steve was an avid photographer.
