Chase needs your help

Hi there. I'm a stray who was just found this Valentines morning wandering through a hay field out in the desert of Arizona. A nice man took me to his home to his wife. Next thing I know, I'm being put in a box and taken to the vet to have them evaluate my injuries. They discover that I've been shot several times with a BB gun. I was given some pain medication and antibiotics but I need more help. The vet says that I need an X-ray to check my injured leg and that I might need surgery. I have a broken tooth that will need to be removed.
