Save Midtown Fall Fundraiser

We, the tenants at Midtown Park Apartments in San Francisco's historic Fillmore/Western Addition neighborhood, are continuing to fight for our homes! Part of our struggle is our legal battle against the City for rent control (the largest lawsuit for rent control in San Francisco history). Please help us raise $5,000 for legal fees so that we can keep up the struggle!

The residents of Midtown are part of a proud legacy of resistance to the City government's efforts to displace the historically Black population of the Fillmore and erase the history of the "Harlem of the West". The residents of Midtown have been on a rent strike since August 2015, making our struggle the longest rent strike in San Francisco's history!
