Mike's Emergency Help Fund

I am writing this for my Son,Mike Irwin who desperately needs financial support to help him out of his troubled current crisis .  He has panic attacks and seldom at rest and that is only at night when he sleeps.  This all started 10 years ago when he had a debilitating winged scapula injury that resulted in him losing his job and a normal way of life.  He woke up with great pain along his right arm and shoulder.  He had to quit work and eventually got surgery to correct this,but had to pay out of pocket and the resources left in his 401-k was exhausted in order for him to live.  He tried to commit suicide,but as a christian...knows that this is not the answer.  He also has a pinched nerve in his left shoulder and tinnitus in his left ear.  This prevents him from concentrating.  He tried to get disability,but was turned down due to the stringent guide lines.  
I can only provide Mike with a roof over his head as I am on a fixed income.  Without doing so,he would be homeless.  He's told me numerous times that he would not survive if that were so. 
Needless to say,Mike hasn't fully recovered as the surgery was months after the injury.  Due to this,the shoulder still has pain and it makes a 'clicking' sound from time to time.  He can't do the same job anymore and with only a high school diploma,is limited to what he can do physically.   His mental and emotional state is troubled and he cries periodically through the day.  He tells me it is a miracle that he is still alive with all the stress and doesn't know how he could last much longer.  
He owes back taxes and that is what really scares him to the point that I've seen Fear in his eyes and it breaks my heart to see him in this condition.  He needs the money to get out of debt and help him to regain some normalcy.
