I am an official Title Holder for Miss Rose City USA 2017! I am 26 years old, African-American, and a hairstylist at The National Beauty in Portland, Oregon. This pagaent journey will help me develop boldness, confidence, and public speaking skills. I am raising funds to run as Miss Rose City to win Miss Oregon USA.
