Heartworm treatment for Chuck

Chuck was surrendered to Pet Suite Retreat in May 2015 after his owner had a baby and was worried that he would be too rough for the baby. The owner felt bad that she had to keep Chuck outside for most of the day. Chuck was in need for vaccinations and a neuter. But after testing it turns out that he is indeed Heartworm positive and we are going to go through with treatment but we need your help! Chuck is a very sweet boy, who is also looking for his furever home! Please help us help Chuck!!
