Alex's Medical Fund

Alex is many things: Proud father, loving husband, and a generous person. He is involved in many charitable activities and helps anyone that would ask for his help. Alex lives with his wife and 16 months old baby in Barrow-in-Furness, England.
Over a year ago, Alex was rushed to hospital by an ambulance with severe abdominal pains that were so strong he could not breathe nor walk. After several days in hospital his condition was stabilized and he was discharged.
A few days later the same situation occurred again and again and again......
He has undergone all sorts of tests and scans (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopy etc. Etc.), but the pain just grew stronger and stronger to the point that it is now with him 24/7.
His condition is serious and doctors have him on Morphine (over 200mg a day) plus a mixture of other medication just to ease his pain. Yet the UK public health still has no answer as to what is the cause of these excruciating pains.
For well over a year Alex has now been suffering and it has had significant impact on his life. He is frequently taken to hospital in the ambulance as the pain overcomes his ability to tolerate it. Obviously his family is also desperate to find out what is wrong with him, to keep on fighting off this evil and get the Alex we once knew back.
We are looking to raise funds to help Alex and his family through these taxing times and to help foot the medical bills. There is a chance that a private hospital specialized in these types of conditions can find the root of his pains, but at this stage Alex unfortunately cannot afford this. If you are able to, please donate whatever you can to support a family in need. PayPal donations are possible through [email redacted]
Please share this story so we can get as much traction to the campaign as possible.
Thank you very much for your support, it means a lot to us.
