Mrs. Louisiana on the road to Mrs. US
My name is Sandy Guidry. I am your Mrs. Louisiana United States, 2013. I will be vying for the title of Mrs. United States in Las Vegas on July 30th. Competing for this title is a wonderful honor! I would like to ask for your help in supporting me to prepare for the Mrs. United States pageant. Your sponsorship will help to fund the expenses for getting to the pageant as well as the necessities that come with competing. I would appreciate any amount you are able to give. I would like to thank you in advance for any sponsorship amount you can give! You don't even have to get off of your sofa to donate!
Founded in 1986 by Isabella Ilacqua, the Mrs. United
States National Pageant system was created out of respect and admiration
for married women of beauty and intelligence.
Mrs. Ilacqua
sought to provide a forum to publicly recognize and acknowledge the fact
that married women often play many roles as wife, mother, homemaker
and/or professional with a flair and resilience uncommonly found
elsewhere.
Mrs. United States® offers a spectacular,
exhilarating, memorable, and unique family-oriented event. We provide
married women with a forum to promote self-esteem; compete for state and
national titles; meet women with similar interests; and open doors to
personal and financial opportunity. We have earned a solid reputation
for integrity and excellence.
Recognized as "the premier event of
its kind" and the largest pageant system available to married women,
each year we welcome contestants from all 50 states and the U.S.
territories to a gala national pageant in the glittering city of Las
Vegas!
The purpose of the Mrs. United States National Pageant® is
to honor and pay tribute to the married woman. Our pageant system is
designed to recognize and reward, nationally, the intelligence, success,
strength, beauty, and resilience of married women from every state and
territory of the United States.
Many married women are an
inspiration to their families, friend colleagues and community"”the
role of wife, mother and career woman does not prevent some women from
finding time to become involved in community activities or from
maintaining her health, beauty, and mind.
The Mrs. United States
National Pageant® contestant is an intelligent, married woman who knows
what she wants in her career, family, and appearance. She maintains a
strong sense of identity and embodies the true spirit of "complete
woman... total beauty."
