Help me get an accessible vehicle!

Hello, my name is Hunter Knisley and i'm a 19 year old from the small town of Somerset, Ohio. I've lived here all my life and in 2013, I graduated from my high school. I was diagnosed with Muscular dystrophy when I was 8 years old. For those of you who do not know what Muscular Dystrophy is, it's a disease in which the muscles of the body get weaker and weaker and slowly stop working.  This disease causes many to lose the ability to walk and in some cases the ability to move at all. Not only has this disease taken away my ability to walk but it has taken away my independence and ability to do things on my own as an adult, such as working and finishing school. My goal is to raise enough money to be able to afford a brand new wheelchair accessible vehicle. I feel that having a wheelchair accessible vehicle would benefit me greatly by giving me the independence to finish school, go to work, and live my life on my own. I recently had to stop going to school because the transportation I was using at the time was going to be too expensive and there was no other option because all of my family work full time. I plan on getting a degree in Accounting and my education is very important to me. I think this vehicle will benefit me in other ways, such as going to my doctor appointments and work. The way my family has to transfer me into a car could be considered by some as dangerous. My family and friends transfer me from my wheelchair to a car by lifting me from the chair and placing me into the cars seat. There have been times where I have been accidentally dropped and have hit my head on the car. My family does the best they can with what they have because they are unable to afford a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
