I'm disabled & struggling

I'm disabled & so is my mom! My sister can't work neither can our mom or me!  We live together & struggling paying bills! I'm asking 4 help! My property taxes has 2 be paid before March 31, 2017! Which exceeds $2,000! We live on Social Security & paid once a month! I have other things to pay that I'd love to pay off! Had to buy a safer car, washer & dryer & a deep freeze!
