Nature Lab at Emerson

Emerson Preparatory School is seeking donations to enhance the Nature Lab we are building on campus. The Nature Lab will allow for hands-on learning and project-based study for students at Emerson Preparatory School, the Emerson Institute.

All funds donated to Emerson's Nature Lab will be used to support the function and growth of the lab. We are in need of live specimens, care and cleaning products for those specimens, and funds for their continued upkeep. We also need shelving and supplies such as homes for the live specimens, a freezer to house specimens being prepared for mounting, and supplies for mounting those specimens. With enough support we hope to buy new microscopes, fund the curation of exotic mammals and their bones, and bring in experts on curation and insect pinning.

$250 donation -- Emerson Sweatshirt
$300 donation -- Print of Emerson Student Art
$1000 donation -- Name included as permanent part of the Nature Lab
$7,500 donation -- Naming honor; The Emerson Nature Lab will bear the name of this donor.
