New Orleans, I'm Coming Home!

Since becoming a resident in 2002 and leaving the state of Louisiana in 2004, to move back to Chicago, it has been a dream of mine to return there, and live in New Orleans as a full-time writer.  I have been a writer all of my life since I was little, writing in my diaries, a professional writer since 2007 self-publishing books and blogs.  Now, I have since then, transitioned as a playwright, director and producer at the Playground Theater located on Chicago's north side and interested in pursuing a career as a screenwriter for television and film.

An AMAZING opportunity has presented itself for me to live and work in New Orleans beginning June 17, 2017 to get myself  situated and become a resident of the state of Louisiana again, and permanently live there.  The funds from this campaign will be used towards the $3,252 balance of which $1,944 is needed right now to book my private room where I'll be staying until I find permanent housing.  The access funds after paying for my lodging, will be used toward living expenses and/or an extended stay if needed.  

I need the funds immediately as that is the only way to secure my security deposit. I have truly appreciated everyone's support over the years as a professional writer and this is the door of opportunity that I have been praying for, to manifest itself in the natural.  It will mean the world to me and my life's dedication as a storyteller, to be able to accomplish my lifetime goal of becoming a full-time writer in the city of New Orleans.  My prayer is that with each dollar given towards this campaign, that you will be blessed in all that you do in your life as well.  I thank each of you in advance for all that you will do to help me continue sharing my stories with the world.
