New Front Teeth for Xmas 2016

Hi, This is Richard Oden, formerly the Ferengi character "Rog'l" from Star Trek: The Experience in Las Vegas, NV from 1997 - 2008. I was actively looking for work after the Experience closed until July 2010 when I was struck down by a massive stroke which paralyzed the left half of my body and put me on permanent disability.
I'm in a bit of a pickle. Over 20 years ago I had some of my upper molars and all of my lower back molars pulled because they were in such bad shape, and opted to put crowns on most of the teeth that were left. I was told at the time that the crowns would protect the teeth from decay for decades, which was good because I would be relying heavily on them for all of my chewing. Well, the dentist was right...and wrong.
Around the 2014 New Year, my front left crowned incisor broke off completely when I bit down on a breath mint because the original tooth underneath had decayed and crumbled. A wonderful service called "Dentistry from the Heart" extracted the remainders of the broken tooth for free, but warned me that I had at least two other teeth, one on top and one on the bottom, that were getting to be in as bad of shape as the one that broke out, but their services could not extend beyond fillings, cleanings, or extractions.
The friends who have taken me in to live with them (one of them, luckily, is an experienced caregiver and has expertly been seeing me through my convalescence for five years) are also living on the minimum. They gave up a lot of their furniture last summer to try to bring in extra cash, but the returns have been paltry and have ended up going toward other financial emergencies.
I have Humana One Dental Insurance, but it is of little use given the extent of work that is now required. My recent consultation with the dentist showed me on their screen that a bad tooth on the lower jaw now has an infection in the root, which will need a root canal, post, and a crown to fix. The upper tooth next to the one that broke out on the left is decayed badly enough that it will require a new crown, and if I want to replace the missing tooth then the tooth next to it would be used to make a bridge. I thought an implant would be simpler, but they told me it was much more expensive and would be a process that would take over four months, which was enough to put me off the idea.
The one tooth I never had a crown put on is on the right upper side, and it is both cracked and decayed, which will also require a crown.
In total, I am going to need one root canal, six crowns, and a bridge to save the teeth I've got left in my head. After insurance, the cost is still going to be up to $7268.00 out of pocket ($3681 for the 3 crowns and bridge for the upper and $3587 for the root canal, post, and 4 more crowns for the lower), but my pocket a'int got it!
***As of February 2015, $2,160.00 of the campaign proceeds was used to create and complete my bridge so now I will have a complete smile in time for my birthday in April! Thanks to all who have made that first step possible. ***
As you can imagine, having played a cutthroat business man Ferengi with fat bank accounts I really hate being in a position of asking you folks for monetary help. So, hateful though it is, I am asking. Many of you have helped me through my remarkable recovery thus far with your emotional support for which I am grateful. And what I need now is harder to ask for and maybe harder for you to give. Still, if you can swing it, you'll make me & my dentist much happier.
Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. I've always tried to follow the advice of John & Paul (the Beatles): "All you need is love".
