Shoes for students

I recently found out a local elementry school has been duct taping a number of student's shoes back together because parents can't afford to buy their kids shoes. My goal is to supply a number of local schools with a "shoe closet" so instead of a fresh wrap of duct tape they can give student's in need new shoes.
