Continued support for recovery needs

I was hit head on in a car accident this past Friday 2/27/15. I have a broken ankle, foot, wrist, arm, a minor concussion, and my whole body is in intense pain. I can't use crutches and rolling myself around with 1 hand is killing me. I desperately need something electric that I can ride in so I don't strain myself anymore. I've found a few models with good reviews for under $1000.

I would appreciate any help at all with this. Anything extra that I get over the cost of the chair I would use to help get me to appointments. I'm not one to ask for help usually but I'm desperate.
