Joey the dog was tied up at Pt. Fermin with a note "Need a home" Lisa Synder tried to find a home but had to take Joey to the shelter instead. She walked 3 miles ea way in cold rainy weather. Not an easy thing when you have health problems. Lisa lives out of her van since she fell on hard times and could use help to repair her vehicle. She opened her heart, Lets open ours and help her.
