Neuro Treatment for Noah

Donation protected
Noah was born at 29 weeks and began his life as the tiniest human you can imagine. Tiny but full of fight.
Noah has been fighting for almost 6 years now and has collected an impressive amount of chronic, rare diagnoses including a few that are so rare, they have no name.
Noah has no safe foods. Imagine a 5 year old that has never eaten - anything. He is fed 24hrs a day through a PEG directly into his stomach and carries around his formula in a backpack.
Noah has suffered from five devastating stroke-like episodes which, at the time, leave him unable to walk, talk, breathe properly or see. Each time they cause new challenges and more brain damage which is extensive and progressive. It’s heartbreaking.

But you know what else you should know…he’s funny…oh so funny, with a wicked laugh. He’s Star Wars mad and he can tell you all sorts about volcanos. He’s very good at magic tricks and he yells “I NEED A COFFEE” in the most embarrassing of circumstances.
He stops to dance in shopping centers when the music takes him - and he takes my breath away.
He’s an old soul with a big heart and he’s the bravest, most determined person I know. He keeps going no matter how hard things are for him. He’s so much more than all the things wrong with him and all the things he can’t do.

He’s our little man. But we can’t fix him. There is no treatment and no cure.
His specialists think we might be lucky to see him turn ten. This is devastating.
We want to do everything we can to make his life as spectacular as it can be and that’s why we are asking for help.

There is a new therapy that will help Noah’s brain create new pathways and give him a much better quality of life. This is something I have been working on with Noah since last year but now we need the professionals to help. The therapy isn’t a cure, but will help him with the most debilitating symptoms that effect his day to day life.

The treatment is 8 weeks long in Brisbane and we have to book our place on Monday 21st March to secure his spot. We are bearing it all, asking, please, for your help. We need to raise enough to cover the therapy fees, flights, accommodation and car hire.
This therapy will change Noah's life and his ability to bounce back after set-backs.
We are so thankful, so grateful for any help we receive. All we want to do is make life a little easier for Noah. We will be forever in your debt, forever grateful and we will never forget your kindness.
