Help Norvin go to Pokemon Worlds!
Norvin Bisson is three-time Spokane Pokémon Junior City Champion. He has enough points to qualify him to go to the world championship. Now, we just need the finances for our family to get there!
Norvin has consistently gotten better with each regional and state championship he has entered.
Oregon Regionals - Placed 29 out of 48- February 14, 2015
Washington States - Placed 14 out of 32 - March 28, 2015
Oregon States - Placed 11 out of 45 - April 11, 2015
Washington Regionals - Placed 8 out of 49 - May 16, 2015
Norvin has earned 315 championship points! Here are his standings. Global = Worldwide; Zone = US and Canada; Country= US only; and Region = Washington State. All refers to all 3 divisions(masters, seniors, and juniors) combined for these areas. Junior is the particular division that Norvin is in, which includes children 5-10 years old.
We are in the process of selling our bulk cards to help fund the trip. Any support is truly appreciated.
Pokemon awards scholarships to top players in the national and world championships. Who knew that a card game could possibly fund a child's future education? We certainly didn't. That's why we love Pokemon. Pokemon encourages education through reading, strategy, and math skills. This may be Norvin's first year playing Pokemon, but I have confidence that he will succeed. He's already shown great improvement and skill through the 4 regional/state championships. This kid is determined to make it to the top!
Thanks in advance for your support!
