Help with my expenses after illness

I have been going though a downward financial spiral in recent years, primarily due to unstable employment and rising health insurance costs. I was at rock bottom, with reserves left, when I finally landed a great job that appeared like it may put me back on an upward curve... but six weeks in, I was struck with a massive leg infection that landed me in the hospital for over a week. It will be another two weeks or so of home care before I'll be able to go back to work. I won't be able to work again until July 2, and then there will be a delay before I get a paycheck. 

In the meantime, I have no money coming in, since I was not yet qualified for sick leave at my job, I have no savings, and less than $200 in the bank. I have no way to making my car payment, paying my bills, or paying my rent going forward. The leg infection has even derailed a tiny secondary source of income I earned through NUELOW Games, as I have not been able to produce anything new.

I need money to pay my rent for July and possibly August, my car payment for July and possibly August, my insurance payment for June and July and possibly August, and my utility bills for July and possibly August. I'll also have to figure out food, but I have pasta and some canned goods, so that may be enough.

I need about $5,000 to take care of the most urgent items--and I'm not even thinking about what the hospistal stay will end up costing me. That's just too depressing at this point.
