Help Save My Furnace

Hello. My name is Marci, and that picture is of myself and my husband, John. I became unemployed back in 2014. Things were okay for a while - I was going to school but we were getting by on Unemployment, and I had high hopes for job prospects once I got my degree.
Well, it's over a year later, and I'm still out of work.
A while back, I started a campaign to help cover my husband's medical bills, and the cost of fixing my car. Since then, I was put in touch with a program at the hospital, and my husband's bills were waived due to our low income. I also sold the car to pay my mortgage.
It seems like every step forward ends up with a couple steps back, though. Today, I recieved a Notice of Reposession on my furnace/air conditioner. I need to come up with a little over $700 within the next 30 days, or the units will be repossessed.
It's summertime, so I'm not worried about the furnace, per se, but if my AC is taken away that's a big issue. John has several health conditions, and being hot isn't something he can tolerate. We live in an old house, and not all the windows open. I could force them, but that would mean damaging the windows, some to the point of needing to be completely replaced. (It's something we planned on doing, until we got sidetracked when I became unemployed).
John is an amazing man. He helps people whenever he can. He would give someone his last penny, and the shirt off his back. And now it's time for me to swallow my pride and ask for help. We need help. I need help.
I put the goal at $3,000, because that will pay off my furnace entirely, but I'm not expecting that much.
I'm not asking for a million dollars (though, gosh, that'd be nice, eh? LOL). I just need help to get us back on our feet. If you can't help or just don't want to, all I ask is that you please share the link.
Thank you for reading this, thank you for considering helping us. Thank you for being you.
