Sending Sarah to Paris - Giving Hope!

The past 2 years of my daughter's, Sarah, life has been unimaginable. While on her way home from a school field trip from NYC in freshman year of high school, she was sexually assaulted by 4 students on the motor coach bus while all the chaperones where sleeping at the front of the bus. The students were prosecuted and the school did next to nothing. Sarah's life was forever changed at the age of 15. She is now a Junior in high school, but is only able to attend 2 classes a day in school. The rest of her schooling is done by a homebound teacher or myself. She has been in therapy for 2 years:(. My teenage daughter actually has PTSD!!!! As a parent - my heart is broken.

Sarah use to dream about moving away to college and traveling. She was going to spread her wings and fly. Those dreams no longer exist. She stays close to home and plans to attend college 20 mins from home. This way she can live at home where she feels safe. She plans on becoming a pediatric oncology registered nurse. Love her kind heart.

She has always dreamed of going to Paris. It has now become my dream to take her there for her high school gradation gift. I have already started saving, but I know I need help to give her a trip of a life time.
