Bring a Ballpit to BABSCon!

So many of us want BABSCon to have a ballpit, and there's only one surefire way to get it there-- do it ourselves. I've even found an MLP themed one. For a single person, that's a decent chunk of money, but for a group it's pretty easy to afford. The extra money in the goal is to allow for fees deducted from donations. If there's any excess, it'll first go to the purchase of an extra bag of plastic balls, and if it goes beyond that, it'll be funneled into paying for the /mlp/arty at BABSCon.
