Orquestrando a Vida is an El Sistema-based music program in Campos Brazil that has provided an exceptional music program for underprivileged children for the last 19 years. It is the first El Sistema program in Brazil!
This program is in dire need of additional funding right now. Without it, its doors will be closed, and Orquestranda a Vida will lose its buidling provided by the government. 500 young will be devastated by the loss of this important music education program.

These students attend their regular school for only 3 hours a day; the rest of their time is spent at this program. Without this program, they would be on the streets. Orquestrando a Vida is much more than music program. It provides a nurturing community, instills the values of hard work and dedication, and brings out confidence and passion in each child.
The funds raised will provide essential support for the following for the next three months: Lights, water, food, teachers, and building maintenance. Of course I wish I could raise money for an entire year...but this is a good start!
