Kathleen's Klozet needs a build-out

Kathleen's Klozet is a sweet little spot in the heart of Downtown Sanford, Fl.  This shop is a much needed store front for our growing economy here. Kathleen (proprietor) has the best vintage clothing in town, great loose/packaged teas and tasty treats. Other services that are offered are tea tastings, tea parties, baby/wedding showers, etc.  We are starting this page to get Kathleen's Klozet moved to a better location. Unfortunately, the building the store is located is in a sad state. She has exhausted herself financially to fix things the owner of the building won't.  In order to get her moved and build out a new shop we would like to start this fundraiser.
