Paul L. Ho Memorial Scholarship

Paul Ho was an inspirational restauranteur, culinary artist, mentor, friend, and colleague. He deeply impacted the lives of many in the Greater Seattle area and the hospitality/restaurant community. His life and legacy will continue to live in our hearts, and also to assist and empower students. In lieu of flowers, the Ho Family asks that donations be made to the Paul L. Ho Memorial Scholarship endowment. Starting in 2019, the Ho family will award a scholarship to a high school graduate from the Seattle Public School District in Paul’s memory. The Paul L. Ho Memorial Scholarship will focus on aiding students enrolling in culinary school as well as support students pursuing bachelors degrees.
