My name is Muloki Viane. I'm 21 years old, from Kampala, Uganda. I lost my mom when I was young at birth due to labor pain and I had to be taken care of by my dad who tried his best, but also passed away when I was 11 years old. I had to start battling life on my own because it's the only way I could survive. I sold scrap to get what I could to eat, but I thank and give praise to God who brought a street pastor into my life.
He helped me through preaching God's word to me and I was born again. He taught me to be kind to others. I started to help little orphan children that used to stay with me on the streets. I started to share the little I used to get from selling the scrap. I started with only 3 children, but I thank God that there are more than 20 children now. The number is growing due to the crisis here in Uganda. Children lose their parents and are thrown out onto the streets, while others are mistreated at their homes and are forced to run away.
I managed to get some people that were good Samaritans who help me with God's grace where we now have Pearl Children's Home that helps the children off the street. The money raised will help the children have a better future of with food, clothes and education.
