Help me keep my horses/truck

Donation protected

This is the absolute last thing that I want to be doing. But it seems to be my best hope right now. On Saturday, April 2nd I had trailered my horse to a barn in Rome, PA so that I could ride with a friend on Sunday. It was drizzling out on Saturday night and I chose to hop on Domino bareback in the round pen. I was finishing up with him when he slipped in the mud, falling on me. I broke both my Tibula and Fibula and have a spiral fracture into my ankle in my left leg. I was working at a dairy farm, to pay all of my bills, which I am now no longer able to do.
I am 18 years old, was living on my own, paying for my two horses, weekly truck payments, and full coverage insurance.
Monthly;
Truck payments: $400
Insurance: $350
Horses: $400
It's going to take anywhere from 6-12 weeks before I can put weight on my leg and consider working again.
I hate that I'm asking for help but I don't see another option. My parents are attempting to help me, but they have bills of their own and not much extra to spare per month. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll find a way to make it up to anyone who will help me.
