Animal Shelter Help

Hello, me and Family live in the small town of Dimitrov, Ukraine in our town there is no shelters for a little friends and the vet clinic is located in the next town, far from us .throughout the town there is a lot of hungry and sick dogs running around and looking at this my heart hurts and me and my family decided to do something about it .we started to build a shelter on our land so we can help out those poor, poor animals. Hired  an architect and laid down the fundament. But to our regret this became a little too much to handle financially for a family.  we are asking for your guys help with this project so we can finish it up before cold weather stops, so those poor animals have a shelter and have some on care about them.
