Pilates Empowerment Summit Fund

A few weeks  ago, I found a coupon on a receipt for $10 off a flight if booked by the end of October. I thought, "Oh man, it would be awesome to actually use this. I would love to travel out west, to head to a conference (teach or take), and to go on an adventure. In my 30's I want to travel more." I placed the coupon down and went on my merry way. 

A few days later, I was contacted by the Pilates Empowerment Summit . They had read some of my blog posts on yoga/Pilates and wanted me to join them for the weekend. They asked me to be their guest, attend the summit, and write about it for my own and several other sites. I was surprised, honored, and knew it would be impossible - the summit was across the country. But I couldn't help the excitement growing in my belly - what if I could?

Attending the summit would mean learning from the best of the best, growing my (and your) community, and enhancing both my knowledge and my teaching in mind-body fitness. It would also mean I get to bring it all back to you on the blog and in my classes. 

After spending days emailing back and forth, talking myself into and out of it, and figuring out the details, I went ahead and booked it. This is an honor,a gift, a once-in-a-lifetime chance that just might open the doors to more opportunities. 

Now here is the part I am hesitant about, the part I usually stumble through and run from - simply asking, "Will you help me?" Four small words with a huge impact. But its time to face my fears and and reality - I need your help.

A trip across the country is no small thing and neither is the price tag it comes with. Although it is booked, I still need help making it happen. If you are able, donations are open.
