Rewrite: The Story of Project M is a feature-length documentary about the creation, development, and abrupt shutdown of the popular Super Smash Bros. fan game Project M. Through interviews with players, community leaders, and the developers themselves, the film reveals the sordid history and unbelievable success of the best game Nintendo never made.

Donations will help fund travel to out-of-state events (Evo, Supernova 2, and Low Tier City 5), where we will be filming interviews and capturing the Project M scene live. Additional funds will go towards licensing fees, extra equipment, and general movie-making emergencies.
