Dear friends and loved ones of the Staggs Family,
On Christmas night Melissa's daughter Maddison and her boyfriend Brock were involved in a very bad car accident in Veneta. The driver who hit their car unfortuanly passed away, leaving Maddison in the hospital and her boyfriend relativly ok.
According to her mom her injuries are, "Facial fractures .. Stitches .. Punctured lung.. Fracture in her neck.. Broken nose..MRI showed she does not have to have surgey on her neck but will be in a neck brace for six weeks. Very battered and brusied but here!"
The road to her recovery will be a long one and I know this will be a challenging time for all of the family. Melissa is one of my oldest and dearest friends and I've set this account up for her to assit with the expenses that will be coming down the road. Please consider helping this family out, they are so deserving. Maddison is due to graduate from high school this year - let's do what we can to support her healing and reabilitation so she can get the diploma she's worked so hard for.
