Put a Smile on Platty
Donation protected
On Saturday 8th August 2015 Halesowen goalkeeper Daniel Platt clashed heads with Tividale striker Joel Ayettey. This resulted in Dan losing four teeth on the pitch and needing a trip to A&E along with extensive further dental work.
Since the football club's and most sports injury insurance does not cover dental work Dan has been left with a huge bill of over £6,000 to pay for reconstruction of his front four teeth. The Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) are covering half the cost but it still leaves £3,000 to be raised.
Fans & players want to help cover the remaining cost of the dental work and help put a smile back on Platty.
Please contribute as much as you can and leave a message for Dan and Halesowen Town FC. All the funds from this appeal will go directly to Dan from this fundraising appeal.
