Cover Our Kids Indoor Arena Fund

We've been in business for over 10 years and have always wanted a way to give lessons, even when it's raining outside, too hot, or too cold. We have had to cancel a lot of lessons this past school year, due to unusually wet weather. This is especially upsetting when it comes to our Special Needs Classes that come from the schools in York and Chester County, South Carolina.  A lot of work goes into arranging and preparing for those classes, volunteers have to be gathered and schools have to arrange buses.

We'd like to cover our kids to keep all of our programs running year round.  Currently, we can only do special needs classes in the fall and the spring, becasue the weather is not suitable for many of the children in the extreme temperatures.  Moving classes indoors will extend the riding season for our school groups and also for our Weekly Theraputic Riding Program Participants.  Regular Education Lessons are also given weekly to help keep the facility running.

The arena we are proposing is 83 x 100 feet and should cost around 50,000.00 to buy. This does not including shipping, site prep, grading, side walls (the arena sits on top of a wooden pony wall), lights, doors, railings, and sand. All totaling an estimated 70,000.00. If we can get even part of the arena funded (20,000.00), we can get the building itself financed.
