Jerry's Medical Fund

As some of you may know, I have been ill off and on for quite some time now and the fight has been tough for the last couple years. I have lost jobs, nearly lost my home and have had to sell off almost everthing I owned just to pay bills and survive. I have not given up and have fought through these battles. The struggle never seems to end.
I have had back and neck problems since I was young and now it has got to a point where I need to have surgery to repair the damage caused by degenerative bone disease. I am asking my family and friends to help me out in my time of need. I will have to have therapy after my surgeries and the recovery time will be slow.
