Quilts of Compassion Fundraiser!

Temporary Housing Directory  is partnering with Quilts of Compassion  and raising money to purchase a trailer for their non-profit organization. We'd also like to purchase the magnetic signs that will go along the sides of the trailer with the organizations name on it as well as ours as their sponsors. 

Quilts of Compassion was started in 1999 by this one young woman as a way to reach out to others in need. With their mission of giving hope and encouragement to those that are hurting, the Quilts of Compassion ministry works with volunteers from local churches and community organizations to gather fabric, make quilts and deliver quilts. In doing this, it has brought encouragement and hope to the hurting, but also has taught volunteers about the joy of giving.

Temporary Housing Directory is a nationwide service that coordinates the selection and management of short and long- term housing choices for individuals displaced due to an insurance claim, corporate relocation and temporary assignment.

THD's goal is to raise $3,000.00 to purchase a 4 x 8 trailer that QOC can use to transport and hand out their quilts. We'd also like to purchase magnetic signs that will be placed on the sides of the trailer to advertise the organization and our company and let everyone know about their wonderful mission!
