help me save a special needs goat

This is Panne. He is a special needs goat and the brother of the other goat that I already saved (Guinevere). He was born fairly lame and I had to hold him up so he should drink milk. Now he is very small, weak, and not all there. There is actually another reason for me to get him. When I get to college, I can write a thesis on animals with mental illnesses. Not much research has gone into it and it would be a great learning opportunity. The reason I need 500 is because I need to buy a new enclosure for him. He's a very sweet little boy and he'll sleep on my lap when I visit him. I would love to save him or ensure him a home. If that doesn't work out though, the money will go to getting guenivere's other brother, Nihm.
