medical costs for my twins

There names are Alissa and james and were born prematurely. My daughter can not bend any of her joints which she needs surgery for that we haven't been able to afford and my son has a stint running from his brain to his abdomen to drain the fluid from his brain he could have a aneurism any time he also needs extensive surgery. I am new to this site but was told it could help our family. I am willing to try anything so my babies could have a normal life.
